Initial consultations are for approximately 90 minutes, and cost $120 CAD.
Follow-up consultations are for approximately 1 hour, and cost $90 CAD.

Flower Essence Analysis (includes personalised remedy)
Flower Essence consultations are 30 minutes and cost $50 CAD (or $40 CAD if selected as an add-on when booking your initial or follow-up Naturopathy consultations). These are your opportunity to tear through those fixed ways of reacting to your life and people in it! Flower essences help facilitate a shift in your emotional and mental state. No more having your buttons pressed, no more of those emotional upsets on repeat that have you feeling stuck. We meet either in person or online (Skype or Google Hangout), we get to the bottom of where you are at and what you would like to shift, then I make you up a personalised remedy to take. Remedies usually last for about 4 to 6 weeks. Watch your transformations begin!
Additional Information about Consultations:
For online consultations, I find video Skype sessions the easiest way for us to connect. Please click here to download the program, if you don’t already have it (P.S. It’s free for us to video call). However, if you don’t like Skyping, no problem, I can also video chat via Google Hangouts. Just email me, and we can organise a way to consult that works for you.
For in-person consultations, you have the option of paying at your appointment. Cash and cheque are accepted. Credit cards are accepted, but incur an additional 2.65% processing fee added to cost. E-transfer is welcomed also, but must be pre-arranged before we meet. Should you indicate when you book, that you would like to pay at your appointment, I will contact you to arrange payment.
All online consultations must be paid in full when you book. If you choose to become a Vintage Health Lifestyle member, your monthly subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your chosen method of payment.
Cancelling and rescheduling your booked appointment: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy of 100% of the fee for the session. Online and E-mail bookings help me to keep track of the time we have agreed upon. Should you need to change your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, it will be my pleasure to find another time. Alternatively, you can change or cancel your appointment via the confirmation e-mail sent to you when you booked the time. There is a link there to cancel or reschedule the time. If you need to cancel your appointment, you are responsible to do so.
